Healthy Latte

GOLDEN LATTE

INGREDIENTS FOR ONE

• 250ml oat milk
• 1tbs finely grated fresh turmeric
• 1/2 tbs ground ginger
• 1/2 tbs coconut oil
• cinnamon
• maple sirup

PREPERATION

1 Simply add everything to a small saucepan and gently warm it – it shouldn’t boil

2 Whisk until frothy and heated through, if you want it super frothy then you can add the mixture to your blender and give it a quick pulse

3 Make sure to taste it and adjust the amount of sweetener and spices you like

4 When I use fresh ginger I usually strain it before serving

VANILLA MATCHA LATTE

INGREDIENTS FOR 2

• 400ml oat milk
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/2 tbs vanilla powder
• 2 tbs matcha
maple sirup

PREPERATION

1 Simply add the milk, water, vanilla powder and maple sirup to a small saucepan and heat it up while stirring – it shouldn’t reach a higher temperature than 80 degree

2 When the mixture is warm add the matcha (I prefer to add it though a small metal sieve to avoid clumps) and whisk vigorously until everything is well mixed & nice and foamy

3 Pour the lattes into two cups and serve right away

4 ENJOY!
